Can you guess the name of these ’50s crime-drama films?

Pretty good for my self.

Here’s the moment of truth. You got 4 out of 10

7/10

7/10 – all guesses. Some of these films look GREAT!

“Here’s the moment of truth. You got 5 out of 10.” “Let’s find another way to pass this quiz. Try again!” I got 1, 2, 4, 6 and 10 wrong.

4/10. Not Good. But on a better note- just binge watched the first season of the new “Perry Mason” series on HBO. Best series I’ve seen on television since “Sorpranos” and “Boardwalk Empire”. Many episodes directed by Tim Van Patten who directed many of the best “Sorpranos” episodes. I couldn’t stop watching it. Nothing like the 50’s TV series. Very dark and gritty. Surprised I haven’t heard more talk about it. Do yourself a TV solid and check it out!

10/10 – Showing my age! LoL!

7/10. And that’s a lot better than I thought I’d do.

7/10 Some of the posters helped. I’ve only seen a couple of these movies (on TCM).

6/10 🫤

Rarely, never posted before but had to this time as I am rather surprised that I got 10/10, I randomly and correctly guessed five which will probably never happen again. Might play lottery today.

8/10

6/10

10/10. I’m a film noir fan and I’ve seen all of these movies at least once.

8 out of 10. A lot of these were guesses except the last one.

Yeah – number 10 is a great, great movie!

👍Nobody can be as evil and menacing as Robert Mitchum! “Night of the Hunter” and “Cape Fear” scare the bejeezus out of me no matter how many times I see them.

8/10.

9. Not bad.

6/10

Keenan Coogler on Creed III’s Anime Influences, Moving on From Rocky, and Writing Jonathan Majors as a Villain

Modifying gears: The choice to kill off Phylicia Rashad is ridiculous. All appropriate, so I come to feel terrible simply because I fought for that scene. For me, the scariest matter about getting to be a guy, primarily a Black guy, is staying slice off from all your guidances, suitable? […]
